Graduate programmes

Our programs typically last 3 years in length and offer a rotation through different areas of our business.A hands-on experience will be backed up by a full programme of structured learning, support from mentors ongoing feedback and development.

 

Location: Madrid for business and Castellon Refinery for engineering.

Requirements

 

  • Strong academic background, preferably business-related studies.
  • Recognised previous work experience (between 2 and 5 years).
  • Fluent in Spanish and full professional competency in English.
  • Willingness to be temporarily assigned to other regions (Levante, Andalucía).
  • Project management skills.
  • Numerate with keen eye for investigation, knowing when something is not right.
  • Negotiating, communicating, and influencing skills.
  • Innovative thinking - identifying new opportunities in meaningful market conditions.
  • Successful track record to demonstrate tenacity through completing objectives.

Engineering

Our engineers make tomorrow’s energy solutions a reality. Join them, and you’ll play a vital role in almost every part of our business. Under the guidance of highly trained experts, you’ll learn how we safely extract, process and transport the resources the world relies on.

 

And you’ll join a global network of people who share your passion for problem solving and invention.The engineering programme offers an assignment in a turnaround (TAR).
